Christina has been a spiritual life coach for over a decade, starting off as a spiritually aware parent coach back in 2015. She is trained in therapeutic touch, quantum healing, kinesiology as well as a trained mindfulness teacher. Christina is also an author and speaker, as well as the host of the podcast Showing Up Whole.
