GUIDED FEATHER TERMS OF SERVICE

  1. ABOUT GUIDED FEATHER

Guided Feather ("Guided Feather", "we", "us", or "our") operates an online marketplace that enables independent spiritual service providers ("Providers") to offer services to customers ("Customers").

Guided Feather acts solely as a platform facilitating introductions, bookings, communications, and payment processing between Providers and Customers.

Guided Feather does not provide spiritual services and is not a party to any agreement entered into between a Provider and a Customer.

  1. ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS

By accessing or using Guided Feather, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the platform.

  1. OUR ROLE

Guided Feather provides a marketplace through which Customers can discover and book services offered by independent Providers.

Guided Feather:

  • Does not provide spiritual services
  • Does not employ Providers
  • Does not guarantee the quality, accuracy, legality, suitability, or outcome of any service offered through the platform
  • Does not endorse any particular Provider or service

Any contract for services is formed directly between the Customer and the Provider.

  1. ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account, book a service, or offer services through the platform.

By using Guided Feather, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

  1. USER ACCOUNTS

Users agree to:

  • Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information
  • Keep login credentials secure and confidential
  • Accept responsibility for all activity conducted through their account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms or that we reasonably believe are being used improperly.

  1. PROVIDER RESPONSIBILITIES

Providers are solely responsible for the services they offer.

Providers must:

  • Provide accurate descriptions of their services
  • Deliver services with reasonable care and skill
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Only advertise qualifications, certifications, or experience that they genuinely possess

Providers must not:

  • Misrepresent their abilities, qualifications, or services
  • Provide unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful services
  • Use the platform in a misleading or deceptive manner

Providers acknowledge that they operate as independent businesses and are not employees, agents, representatives, or partners of Guided Feather.

  1. BOOKINGS

Customers may request bookings based on a Provider's advertised availability.

A booking is confirmed when:

  • The Provider accepts the booking request
  • Payment has been successfully processed

Providers are responsible for delivering booked sessions and maintaining accurate availability.

  1. PAYMENTS AND FEES

Payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers, including Stripe.

Guided Feather may charge platform fees, commissions, or service charges. Any applicable fees will be clearly displayed before a booking is completed.

We are not responsible for errors, delays, outages, or disputes arising from third-party payment providers.

  1. ATTENDANCE, CANCELLATIONS AND NO-SHOWS

Customers and Providers are responsible for attending sessions at the agreed time.

A grace period of up to 10 minutes may be allowed before a session is considered a no-show.

Where a Customer fails to attend a session without cancelling in accordance with the Provider's cancellation policy, the session may be treated as completed and no refund may be available.

Where a Provider fails to attend a scheduled session, the Customer may be entitled to a refund or rescheduling in accordance with the Provider's policies.

Providers must clearly communicate their cancellation and refund policies through their listings.

Guided Feather is not responsible for cancellation or refund decisions but may assist in resolving disputes at its discretion.

  1. TECHNOLOGY AND CONNECTION ISSUES

Customers and Providers are responsible for ensuring they have:

  • A stable internet connection
  • Suitable equipment and software
  • Access to any video conferencing platform used for the session

Guided Feather is not responsible for technical issues, internet failures, software outages, device malfunctions, or interruptions caused by third-party services.

Where technical issues affect a session, Customers and Providers are encouraged to work together to arrange a suitable resolution.

  1. USER CONDUCT AND SAFETY

All users must treat others respectfully and professionally.

Users must not:

  • Harass, intimidate, threaten, or abuse others
  • Engage in sexually explicit, inappropriate, or offensive behaviour
  • Share discriminatory, hateful, unlawful, or harmful content
  • Use the platform for illegal activities
  • Attempt to exploit, manipulate, or deceive other users

Providers should immediately end a session if inappropriate behaviour occurs and report the matter through the platform.

Users interact with others at their own risk. While we take reasonable steps to maintain a safe environment, we cannot control or guarantee the behaviour of individual users.

  1. REVIEWS AND USER CONTENT

Users may submit reviews, ratings, profile information, messages, images, and other content through the platform.

By submitting content, you grant Guided Feather a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display, reproduce, and use that content for the operation and promotion of the platform.

We reserve the right to remove any content that breaches these Terms or that we reasonably consider inappropriate.

Reviews must be genuine, fair, and based on actual experiences.

  1. SPIRITUAL SERVICES DISCLAIMER

Services offered through Guided Feather may include psychic readings, mediumship, tarot readings, spiritual coaching, energy work, workshops, and other spiritual practices.

Customers acknowledge that:

  • Spiritual services are subjective in nature
  • Outcomes and experiences may vary between individuals
  • No guarantees are made regarding predictions, insights, messages, guidance, or outcomes
  • Services are intended for personal insight, reflection, and entertainment purposes

Services provided through Guided Feather are not a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, psychological, or other regulated professional advice.

Customers remain solely responsible for any decisions made based on information received during a session.

  1. RECORDING SESSIONS

Sessions must not be recorded without the knowledge and consent of all participants.

Users are responsible for complying with applicable privacy and data protection laws when recording sessions.

Guided Feather accepts no responsibility for recordings made by users.

  1. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Guided Feather shall not be liable for:

  • The conduct of Providers or Customers
  • The content or outcome of any session
  • Any indirect, consequential, incidental, or special loss
  • Loss of income, profits, business opportunities, data, or reputation

Our liability is limited to providing access to the platform itself.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where such exclusion would be unlawful.

  1. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All intellectual property rights in the platform, including branding, logos, designs, text, software, and content created by Guided Feather, remain the property of Guided Feather or its licensors.

Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit platform content without written permission.

  1. SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION

We may suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate access to the platform where:

  • These Terms have been breached
  • Fraudulent or unlawful activity is suspected
  • User conduct poses a risk to other users or the platform

We may take such action without prior notice where reasonably necessary.

  1. PRIVACY

Your use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how personal information is collected, used, and protected.

  1. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms from time to time.

Any changes will take effect once published on the platform.

Continued use of Guided Feather after changes have been published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

  1. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms and any disputes arising from them shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms.
