If you're contacting us about a booking, please include the email address associated with your Guided Feather account and the name of the practitioner you booked with. This will help us look into it more quickly.
Making a complaint
If something hasn't gone as expected, we want to know.
Please tell us what happened and provide as much information as you can. Depending on the nature of your concern, we may review your booking and relevant communications, contact the practitioner for further information, or take other appropriate steps to look into the matter.
We'll treat your concerns fairly and sensitively and keep you informed where further investigation is needed.

Urgent or serious concerns
If you have a serious concern about the conduct of a practitioner, suspected fraud, inappropriate behaviour or another safety-related issue, please contact us as soon as possible.
If you believe somebody is in immediate danger or a criminal offence has taken place, please contact the appropriate emergency service or relevant authority.
