Past Life Regression is a deeply relaxed, guided hypnotherapy experience in which the unconscious mind may bring forward imagery, feelings, or narrative from what could be a previous lifetime. Whether approached literally or symbolically, clients consistently report experiences of profound meaning, emotional release, and a deeper sense of clarity about who they are and why certain patterns show up in their lives. This session may be for you if you experience: — Recurring fears, patterns or relationships that feel difficult to explain — A strong sense of familiarity with particular places, people or historical periods — Emotional blocks that have not responded to conventional therapy — Curiosity about your soul's path, purpose or past — A desire for deep healing, integration and self-understanding What to expect: Every session begins with a thorough pre-talk, where we establish your safe place, discuss what to expect, and set your intention. You will be guided into a deeply relaxed hypnotic state through a gentle induction and deepener, before being invited to move through a door into whatever your unconscious mind brings forward. The session closes with a life review, wisdom integration, and a gentle return to full waking awareness. Post-session reflection time is built in. Sessions last approximately 90 minutes and are held in a warm, private, non-judgemental space.
