Cancellations and No-Shows
Reading Policy Please be aware that bookings are reserved specifically for you, and time is set aside exclusively for your session. If you do not attend your scheduled reading, refunds will not be issued. In this situation, I will be happy to offer the option to reschedule your appointment. If you are unable to attend the rescheduled session, the payment will remain non-refundable. Please also note that arriving late may affect your allocated reading time, and refunds will not be provided for late arrivals. Thank you for respecting my time and the time reserved for your reading.
