I’m a fully acrediated Past Life Regression practitioner and offer fully confidential sessions in a warm, relaxed and supportive environment. People come for past life regression for lots of different reasons. You may simply be curious about a past life, or you may want to explore repeating patterns, feelings, fears or phobias that you feel could possibly be linked to experiences from a past life. Before we begin, we'll have a chat about what has brought you to the session and whether there's anything in particular you'd like to explore. I'll then gently guide you into a deeply relaxed state and we'll see what naturally comes forward for you. I'll be with you and guide you throughout the whole experience, so there's no need to worry about knowing what to do or what you're supposed to see. Sessions usually last around two hours, so there's plenty of time and you won't feel rushed. My approach is very relaxed and down-to-earth. I'll explain everything beforehand and make sure you feel comfortable before we begin. Sessions can be held face to face or online.
