I offer a full consultation prior to your treatment at every session, here we will discuss your current needs and talk through your session plan. I believed that giving clients the tools and techniques to help improve their own wellbeing is not only empowering for them but also essential for any long term goals they may have. I have over 27 years working in this industry and use this knowledge to tailor your treatment each time. I include traditional and Karuna reiki techniques as well as meridian and breathwork​/​meditation to help ease you into a relaxed state. Each session is followed with feedback and after advice.
